Todate BIC has not answered that. Ms. McKeigh, said then BIC cant be the Officials Register of Internationally Protected ISO Alpha Containers Codes, Governing Organization if BIC cant control what going on in their own back yard of international containers usage. You cant have it both ways. This has to be policed and those who are braking the law, brought to justice to pay for the illages usage of these MMMU containers.
Brian R. McCaughrin, Founder, President & Owner of McCaughrin Maritime Petitioned BIC Organization Officials about suing Baltic Shipping Ltd, to get control of the ISO Alpha Container code "MMMU" and over 1 year time did just that, and The French Court & BIC Officials nominated USA Based: McCaughrin Maritime Marine Systems., Inc. ISO Alpha Container Code "MMMU" on March 11, 1998.
Ms. McKeigh said it appears, eather (BIC), Mis-managed or mis-communicate between Baltic Shipping Ltd, Fesco Pacific, Fesco Australia, and V/O Soviet Float and its containers lessor, container owners, and various international shipping firm were not talking or no one took what was very serious item about stenciling out all containers and those "MMMU" codes`at the time.
Ms. McKeigh said we now have the help of All of the U.S. Miltary, and are hoping that World Custom Orgainzation (WCO) also get involed in helping McCaughrin Maritime Global, in stopping the illeage usage of these containers from moving anywhere, and are holding a directory of "MMMU" Containers in various country around the global.
To put an end to this long saga, MMMSI Board of Directors of McCaughrin Maritime Global, in past 100 days, have been pro-active in slowly removing All of `its "Black & Red McCaughrin's Containers with "MMMU" and putting them in safe storage, and going after those illeage indivauls still using the "MMMU" containers till this is put to stop once, and final. The MMMSI Board of Directors have also put a halt on Brand New Chinese Containers for up to 5 year in storage to clean out all & any "illage foreign inventory of the ISO Alpha "MMMU" which McCaughrin Maritime Global Officials, & The U.S. Miltary, feels may still in the high numbers of #100,000 containers after 10 yrs, still floating around in global dumps, storage facilities, International & Domestic ships, container holding area.
Ms. McKeigh, states: McCaughrin's & The GLOBAL Market Place wil consider these illeage ISO Alpha Containers "MMMU": FREE PROPERTY TO TAKE" with or without cargoes in them. As we will veiw these illeage usage of containers to be: "HOT CONTAINERS" to those who want to use them, and be aware of the consquences that come from it.
Once these illeage containers are re-stencil to New BIC ISO Alpha 4 Letter Container Code, only then with Officials of McCaughrin Maritime Global then re-positioned its Black & Red Colored McCaughrin's ISO Alpha Containers "MMMU" back into the global market place.

Ms. Elizebeth G. McKeigh, Vice President of Corporate Affairs for McCaughrin Maritime Global, said the serious injury that Mr. Brian R. McCaughrin, Founder, President & Owner of this Corporation, recieved on Sunday, Febuary 10, 2008, has put this Ferry Project in "Hold Position" by Board of Director of this Corporation.
Ms. McKeigh, said Mr. McCaughrin, prior to the accident has cut $30M out of the orginal ferry project that was to secure the "Spirit of Ontario" back on December 11, 2006 and bring it under American regisry, and was ready to fight for the foreign vessel in U.S. Federal Courts, based on a technacality of another foreign vessel operting in U.S. waters, but decide once the Owners: City of Rochester, New York, moved the Spirit off to Shelburne, Nova Scotia, it would further tie up the "Spirit of Ontario" in court costing million of dollars to get the "Spirit" back in the lakes.
So, McCaughrin's set his sight's on mush smaller, and Non-vehicle Fast Cat(s) that could carry 400 passengers per trip, and travel across Lake Michigan Port's of Frankfort, Michigan & Algoma, Wisconsin at 40 knots in 1 hour and 15 minutes with 15 minutes turn around time. Mr. McCaughrin, had secured a 5 yr comitment with Mr. Josh Mills, City Official of Frankfort, on December 1, 2006, and secured 150 x 200 foot dock on the Frankfort side in downtown area.
Mr. McCaughrin was also in talks with American Express (A/E) Official's on January 15, 2008 about working with McCaughrin's on setting up all exclusive internet ticketing systems where A/E would be managing the entire operations.
Mr. McCaughrin, has already secured Enterprise Rental - A- Car -Systems of Grand Rapids, Michigan, on March 18, 2007 to secure vehicles in both ports which the price of the ticket would of also included the ferry ride, and vehicle.
Mr. McCaughrin, also had been in talks with Official for secured dockage space in Port of Sturegon Bay, and Port of Kewaunee, Wisconsin though Atlas Development Company of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, as back up option ports as of December 10, 2007.
Mr. McCaughrin, had been in talks with (2) Fast Cats Owners on Febuary 6, 2008, that has vessel's for sale in both the Carribeans and a U.S. East Coast Port, and looking for possible date of delivery on May 12, 2008
Without Mr. McCaughrin at the Helm of this Corporation, we have no way of knowing just how close he got to getting this Fast Cat(s) Operation launched by June 12, 2008 and that's the very reason for putting this Cross Lake Ferry Project in "hold pattern" for right now.
