McKeigh, Executive Vice Presdient of Corporate Operations Affairs for McCaughrin Maritime Global said Six (6) Of The World Largest Container Carriers have come to McCaughrin's Web Site on his lastest works. (1) MAERSK, (2) MEDITTEREAN SHIPPING, (3) CMA/CGM, (4) HAPPAG LLOYD, (5) HAMBURG SUD, and (6) COSCO.
McKeigh said the informaiton was picked up on our daily stats this day spending a great deal of time on specific pages of www.mccaughrinmaritime.com ® The time spent averaged about 10 - 25 minutes. McKeigh said it would appear these companies are very concern about McCaughrin's plannned intention on bringing out #400,000 tons CHINAMAX, with both Containers and Bulk cargoes Capabilities, which all of these firm engaged in and that McCaughrin's are both DEBT FREE and have Equity investment of $5.5B with more where that came from. McCaughrin's have not tapped any funds as yet, and just this month, securied U.A.E. Investment Bank, that been following McCaughrin's interest and is investing $500,000 for equity interest in McCaughrin's New Subsidiary, and that would bring it total investment to $6B.
McKeigh said McCaughrin's already has the usage of #380,000 deadweight CHINAMAX Hauling coal from South Afirca to China for 12 month extension, and 2 more, #400,000 tons deadweight CHINAMAX that are being retro-fitted into Container / Bulk Carriers. These 2 CHINAMAX would trade between Middle East & China Regions. That alone would give McCaughrin Maritime Global, a Total of #1,341,000 tons of capacity for small independent carriers with only 5 ships. Three of the CHINAMAX were launched in 2012., and Two of the PAMAX were built in 2006, and are sister vessels.

Ms. Elizebeth G. McKeigh, Executive Vice President of Corporate Operations Affairs for McCaughrin Maritime Global, said 4th Quarters Overs Bulk Division Results were: 235.658% vs 4th Quarters 2011 Overseas Bulk Division Results of 185.678%, An + Increase of +49.980%.
Ms. McKeigh said these increase again is attributed to Mr. Brian R. McCaughrin, Founder, President & Owner of McCaughrin Maritime Global, forward thinking ideas of changing the way sand is mined in this Indonesia Island through investing in more conveyor belts from mine to dock to ships, and cutting loading time by 85%, up 10% from previous quarter, and upping the speed of belts to #7,500 mt per hour, thrus enabling shorter time at dock, and underway to Hong Kong, China. McCaughrin's has been able to move #282,000 tons per month under this new plan, with plans to push for #300,00 in 6 month.
McKeigh's said McCaughrin's has spokenr with numerous conversion firm overseas about converting #380,000 tons CHINAMAX Bulk Carier into twin 300' boom each Self-unloading bulk carrier, the probem is not getting a CHINAMAX's it the draft of ocean depth at Indonesia Island which has affected our plans to bring in this size vessel from bottoming out before it leave. Our dredging of last year to 90 feet was limited by terrible sea condition, and ships schedules, so we have cancel out CHINAMAX, for this operation, temporary, till we can secure right depth in harbour to 150 feet.
4th Quarter 2012 of 3rd Party U.S. Container Operations was (+) Positive by: $1.5M vs 4th Quarter 2011 3rd Party U.S. Container Operation was (-) A Negitive $3.5M loss. Ms. McKeigh said 3rd Party, Still has a 12 month Partnership to show McCaughrin's significant improvement in turning this U.S. Container Operation around for long term results, which McCaughrin's doesnt see happening till 2020 at best, their is too many ships for too little cargoes movement, and Cutting out ships of conserative charter rates, and using someone else container has not impressed me at all, we did all the nessary measures before signing on this 3rd Party Carrier for 16 month agreement.. I belive they are running in same problems we had.

Mr. Brian R. McCaughrin, Founder, President, & Owner of McCaughrin Maritime Global, said our sucessfull talks included a "special extension and the lowering of the present time chartering rate to meet both lower ocean drafth problem, and because of the contining of economical depression that has caused havoc in global shipping since the 3rd quarter of 2007".
McCaughrin's said Shipowners want to keep these ships in full employment and McCaughrin's has demanding cargoes for the market place so we are in total agreement for long term benefits for both sides, but before we get to that McCaughrin's has asked for lower rates to $5,000 per ship for 5 yrs to December 31, 2017, Instead of March 30, 2014, We have said current rate for Pamax bulker of #75,500 dwt is: $9,500.00 per day and the Pamax bulk of #65,500 dwt is: $8,500.00 per day and extending the agreement for both ships for 3 yrs and 9 month's to both parties which both agreed on this day with chartering rates starting fresh on: January 21, 2013, and Weather McCaughrin's has sand contract in place or not.
McCaughrin's has had both of these Pamax bulkers under long term charter since The 3rd Quarter of 2009. Both vessels were built in 2006.

Announced 3rd Quarters 2012 Overseas Bulk Division (OBD) Results, and 3rd Quarter 2012 - 3rd Party / U.S Container Results.
Ms. Elizebeth G. McKeigh, Executive Vice President of Corporate Operations Affairs for McCaughrin Maritime Global, said 3rd Quarter Overseas Bulk Divison (OBD) Results were: 215.586%, vs 3rd Quarter 2011 Overseas Division Results were: 174.126%, An (+) Increase by 41.460%.
Ms. McKeigh, said this conserative increase is again attributed to New Conveyor Belted Machines that has been highly suggested that Mr. Brian R. McCaughrin, Founder, President, & Owner of McCaughrin Maritime Global, has asked for to the Sand Merchant in China, for this Indonesia Island Sand Operations, To proceed forward in these inverstment must be made to forge forward in other region beside Hong Kong, China. Where this product of sand can and will be in mush demand.
Since that time, McCaughrin's has increased its productivity by 75% in 6 months, and have stop water from being loaded with the sand aboard Its Two (2) Pamax gearless bulkers, #75,500 dwt and #65,500 dwt making this very un-stable navigation from this island to Hong Kong, China, Much safer. Their were times I though our ships are doomed with these cargoes, But God provide safe passage. The time at the dock has been cut by 25%, and 1 Xtra trip per 2 ships per months, Is +131,000 tons. The conveyors are loading each ship at #5,000 mt tons per hour, up from #3,000 mt from The 2nd Quarter 2012, when the machinery first arrived at the Indonesia Island site. Each hatch has a conveyor running sand into these holds, and McKeigh said, McCaughrin's is looking to notch up more tons per hour to #7,000 mt tons when the machinery is ready to take it.
McCaughrin's are also looking into super vacum systems per hold at other end in Hong Kong, instead of standard bucket usage their, that has been cutting the arriving McCaughrin's ship by few hours more, McCaughrin said this will stopped as well.
Ms. McKeigh said 3rd Quarter 2012 / 3rd Party U.S. Container Results were Positive (+) by $500,000.00 vs Negitive (-) 3rd Quarter 2011 / U.S. Container Results were A Negitive -$1.5M loss. This 3rd Party Logistics firm, has its own containers in both 20', 40', and Hi cub 45', and its owns ships in moving McCaughrin's Clients Products to U. S. Ports. The logisitcs firm has 16 months agreed contract to prove to McCaughrin's before being named in its newsletter, that it cant handle any logistics nighmare problem during this economic depression, McCaughrin's can throw at it. In Past 3.6 yrs, McCaughrin's has lost a Grand Total of $8.5M in U.S. Container market, and Was Approved To Close Down its U.S. Operations, If losses Continued into The 4th Quarter of 2012.

Today in Sunny Singapore Harbour, McCaughrin Maritime Global, Overseas Bulk Division, (OBD) Took delivery of 2012 CHINAMAX of #380,000 metric tons. This Vessel is 360 meter (1,180 feet long), x Beam of 213 feet, and by draft of 79 feet.
Mr. Brian R. McCaughrin, Founder, President, & Owner of McCaughrin Maritime Global, said this Private Corporation's has been in talks with Vale Mining Group (VAL) www.vmg.com/ Headquartered in Rio de Janerio, Brazil, For a month and half about Two (2) Type of gearless bulk carriers in terms of carrying capacity of #350,000 deadweight carrying capacity, and #400,000 deadweight carrying capacity.
The China Goverment made room for McCaughrin's to test one of these Bulk Carriers for its owns waters to make sure if "CHINAMAX" may be better suitable then The "VALMAX", which is currently banned from all ports in China as McCaughrin, said I dont think so, But let give it a few runs, and kick the tires, along the way for good measure, as I' never turn a deal like this down.
McCaughrin's was award a bid on #360,000 ton coal deal from Indonesia to TBA China Port with a CHINAMAX in 1 trip, Broker had thought McCaughrin's can do it safely in 2 movment, but McCaughrin's said NO, we are going to "maximze The CHINAMAX to every cubic measurment" to get a feel of what this ships can do, before deciding to go to "CHINAMAX" vs "VALMAX".
McCaughrin said the different between CHINAMAX and VALEMAX is #20,000 more tons with ValeMax of #400,000 deadweight carrying capacity over CHINAMAX For less money, that is why we target "VALMAX" in First Place over (6) Geared #57,000 deadweight carrying capacity bulk carriers that were Planned for the #1 Middle East / China Project, tarket for October 1, 2012 Start Up Date.
McCaughrin's said "VALMAX" is additional $12,000 more per day for chartering cost for #20,000 more tons of cargo....then CHINAMAX.
McCaughrin's asked the China Goverment that McCaughrin's wants The "CHINAMAX" painted all back and white and No company symbol on it smokestack, only made up name for 1 voyager, with registering of Bejing, China on stern...China did...
McCaughrin's said for right now we will make a firm decision on which of these Bulk Carriers: "CHINAMAX" or VALEMAX will be in McCaughrin's best interest on Middle East / China Project and can be used on these routes for container's and bulk cargoes movment.

Vale Official's, would not make any commnts on weather the Valemax in question are sailing now or are being built in China or Japan.

Vale Mining Official's said McCaughrin's wants to show Vale Mining Corporation, The possbilities of what these size Valemax vessels can mean in lowering cargo tonnages for the forseeable future for Present, and New Clients in cargo interest for New Routes.
For McCaughrin Maritime Global, This Size Vessels between #350,000 & #400,000 tons, can change the complexabilty of supply, and demand over night when these type of vessels are enter into the equation, For McCaughrin's We will drive down bulk cargoes rates on specific cargoes of sand, grain, ore, coal, limestone, and steel rolls.
Other 2 Valemax, McCaughrin's will converted these ships to Container Carriers, that will be able to handle well over 25-35,000 containers of our needs size, and we wil be able to unload our ships ourself with four (4) design type ganty crane that swing the container over the side to waiting empty railcars with a reach of 350 feet, and swival 360 degree around. With this type of ships we will be able to drive container rates down by as mush as 65-75% and fill these ships in both direction, our load/unload rate will be 3-5 days.
