Official's of McCaughrin Maritime Global, Divison of McCaughrin Maritime Marine Systems., Inc., (MMMSI 1-26-96) http://www.mccaughrinmaritime.com/ of Wayne, Michigan, USA, and Its First Foreign Partnership Subsidiary, Delta International Shipping Agenices Limited (DISAL 7-21-05) http://www.dis-libya.com/ of Benghazi, Libya, /// Announced today that they have been in talk's with Mr. Scotland Silvers, Owner of the MV. Arthur K. Atkinson.

Mr. Brian R. McCaughrin, Founder, President & Owner, of McCaughrin Maritime Global, said we have spoken to Mr. Silvers, about some type of usage for the Atkinson in the Proposal of Ro/Ro Service between Frankfort, Michigan & Numerous Wisconsin Announced Ports.

Mr. McCaughrin, said our talks with City of Frankfort Official's about a "Specific Site have been decide on", and its On the City of Frankfort Side, and "NOT" on the City of Elberta Side. /// City of Frankfort Official's needs are to see a Business plan of which ship McCaughrin's are selecting". ////

City of Rochester, New York, notify Mr. McCaughrin today, throught a third source saying, Spirit of Ontario, has been sold and we are moving the Spirit to Halifax Shipyard for complete 5 years survey, and some works to fix major cracks in its hull near the engine room. /// This source said they were very sorry that a deal could not be worked out between City of Rochester, and McCaughrin's over the Spirit of Ontario. /// McCaughrin's were the only USA Based firm who showed a real interest in putting the Spirit of Ontario, back in service on Great Lakes. But Mr. McCaughrin was in constraint with the Jones Act, and past laws on the book, that would of pervented the Spirit of Ontario from ever operating on USA side of Lake Michigan.

Mr. McCaughrin, said we also have been in talks with Mr. Tom Kuber, Owner of the Viking 1. But Mr. McCaughrin, said untile we are absolutely sure of the truth of registration of the MV. Viking 1. We will remain outisde of talks. /// Based on information gathered, Former Canadian Owner of the MV. Viking 1, had put the Viking 1, under Country of Belize Registration, on it way from the Shipyard in Sturegon Bay, Wisconsin to Port Stanley, Ontario, back in 1994. According to Documents, the MV. Viking 1, is still register their. // All of the important ships that were of great interest to this purposed ferry service have problems with registry of homeports.

GOD WORKS IN MYSTYERIOUS WAYS!

Officials of McCaughrin Maritime Marine Systems., Inc. (MMMSI 1-26-96) http://www.mccaughrinmaritime.com/ of Wayne, Michigan, USA & Its First Foreign Partnership Subsidiary: Delta International Shipping Agencies Limited (DISAL 1-23-03) (http://www.dis-libya.com/) of Benghazi, Libya //// Announced today that they are stepping up their push to acquire the 2004 Foreign Built MV. "Spirit of Ontario", that has been tied up since 2005, in Rochester, New York, and fight the "Jones Act" right up to the purshase and bring "Spirit" under American registry.

Mr. Brian R. McCaughrin, Founder, President & Owner, of McCaughrin Maritime Global, said we are pushing to acquire the Passenger /Auto/Truck Cat "Spirit of Ontario" for the Proposed Michigan & Wisconsin Ferry Route. /// If purshased the vessel would be re-named: "SPIRIT". /// Mr. McCaughrin said, we even be looking to change course a bit, and look at the Port of Sturegon Bay, as the lastest site for this vessel.

Mr. McCaughrin said, Monday Night Meeting with City of Frankfort Michigan, City Official's and Citizen in Snowy Frankfort, was very positive for both side, and we are taking step to have the right vessel's serve the correct ports to ensure right amount of market we are looking to serve. Mr. McCaughrin said, we are looking at two vessel now. One vessel would be "Spirit of Ontario", and the other one would be eather the: MV. Viking or MV. Atkinson. Eather one of these vessel would serve the Trucking industires on an all excluive basis, while the other would serve passenger's and autos excluively /// Ports mentioned in October 16, 2006, were Frankfort, Michigan to Algoma, Wisconsin. /// In Mid November, McCaughrin's were invited into Port of Kenewnee, and now are eyeing Sturegon Bay.

PRAISE THE LORD!

Officials of McCaughrin Maritime Global, Division of McCaughrin Maritime Marine Systems., Inc., (MMMSI 1-26-96) http://www.mccaughrinmaritime.com/) of Wayne, Michigan & First Foreign Partnership Subsidiary: Delta International Shipping Agencies Limited (DISAL 7-21/05) http://www.dis-libya.com/) of Benghazi, Libya, /// Announced today that they have Formed Group, of Former Ann Arbour Rail Ferry Line Committee for the Purposed Ro/Ro Ferry between Michigan & Wisconsin.

Mr. McCaughrin, unhappy, about how things have been turnout of late, said "Going with Expertise Leadership, & Experience Staff of Former Captain's, Chief Engineering's, Officer's, and Crews Member's of the Former Ann Arbor Rail Ferry Company, Employees is the "Key Elments" to making: GOD's Plan - Work - A - Success". /// I, have for the past week been in talk's, with Esteem Mr. Byron (Bud) McClellan of Kingsley, Michigan, A well know Railroadman and Writer of "Betrayal on the Rails" Book Two, Volume One. // Mr. McClellan, was Assist Engineer on the MV. Viking, Former Rail Ferry of the Ann Arbour Ferry Line, that used to run between Port of Elberta, Michigan and Kenewnee, Wisconsin before State of Michigan pulled the plug on subsidies in April of 1982.

Having indivaul's like Mr. McClellan, and others, are key to making this "Purpose Ro/Ro Service "A Viable Focus of: What need's to be done, How to get their, and to make this move forward". // I, have sent e-mail's and called Official's on both Front's of State of Wisconsin, and State of Michigan, of my meeting on December 3, 4 & 5, 2006 of at Harbour Light Hotel in Frankfort, Michigan. /// With what GOD plan calls for, We are now Seventy Five (75%) percent near accomplishing the goal's at hand. All we need now is the ship (s).

Mr. McCaughrin, Has stated from Day One I, cant do this alone, this has to be Group Alliances of States and said their is no doubt that Federal, & State Aid, will be needed, as I, have already turned down an Ocean built Ro/Ro Ship that is for sale off the East Coast, because it would be just too cost probitive to bringing in. Instead, I' am gearing toward more conserative: Great Lakes Rail Ferry Ship, that has proven track record of decade's of servive on Lake Michigan. One of these vessel is the MV. Viking, and possible the MV. Arthur K. Atkinson, which is currenly tied up in Detour, Michigan, under arrest for past towing bills, and docking bill. These two ships would be more then capable of handling the traveling public, and their vehicles. With the closeness of the Two Port's Port Elberta, Michigan to Algoma, Wisconsin at 52 miles, we believe a 2-3 hours travel time is now in veiw.

Mr. McCaughrin said we also have been invited by Official's of Major Milwaukee Development Company, to look into Dock and Lake Property in Port of Kewaunee, Wisconsin, Now, Since City of Algoma, doesnt have a site that is suitable for the Purposed Ro/Ro Site. Mr. McCaughrin said in Corporation Web Site on November 8, 2006, this (TBA) site would only be used as "Interim Site" till Algoma could accommodate us at later time. I, still veiw that option as very possible. Both Kenewnee and Elberta have dredge issue that need to be addressed. Personaly, I would love to see this Purpose Ro/Ro Ferry Line Start about the same time Memominee, Michigan to Sturegon Bay, Wisconsin Ferry Start, but we have constraint to look after first.

GOD DOES WORKS IN MYSTERIOUS WAYS!

Official's of Michigan Based: McCaughrin Maritime Marine Systems., Inc., (MMMSI 1-26-96) http://www.mccaughrinmaritime.com/ of Wayne, Michigan, and Its First Foreign Partnership Subsidiary: Delta International Shipping Agencies Limited (DISAL 1-23-03) http://www.dis-libya.com/ of Benghazi, Libya /////Announced today that they have been approached by Milwaukee Land Developer, about Another Port Property in (TBA) State of Wisconsin, as an "Interim Port Usage".

Mr. Brian R. McCaughrin, Founder, President & Owner, of McCaughrin Maritime Global, Said this is "EXCELLENT NEWS"! Mr. McCaughrin said, this (TBA) Port City, could be used as an "Interim Port Usage" over the City of Algoma, Wisconsin Port, Because of Problems with finding New Dock Site and Extream low water depth. If we can find a Ro/Ro vessel within the One (1) Year, this property is ideal for what the operation calls for.// Mr. McCaughrin said, We have spoken to (TBA) City Offcial's and will meet with them in December to see both the property, and Meet with State Official's, and what need's to be done next.

Mr. McCaughrin, was asked about Purposed Seven (700') Hundred Foot, Former Ann Arbour Rail Ferry Dock, in City of Elberta, being sold to Condo Developer. Mr. McCaughrin said, I am not happy about that, since we were offered it as Number (#1 Site), but their are Two (2) Other piece of property on the City of Frankfort Side, and One of those pieces of property is ideally located, "but" its Five Hundred (500') feet Shorter, then the State of Michigan, Seven (700') Hundred Foot Dock which was last used in 1982. ///

Depending on Size of the Ro/Ro Vessel to be used, and How the vessel is design for this Ro/Ro Service, with this Second (2nd) Site, will be much more critical, because from what we can see, this could put the bow or stern in the channel, blocking boaters. This site would need's alot of work, to make it work for what we need it for, which McCaughrin's are not going to invest in. That is where the City of Frankfort, or the State of Michigan, will need to get involed.

TIME TO PRAY!

Official's of Michigan Based: McCaughrin Maritime Marine Systems., Inc., (MMMSI 1-26-96) http://www.mccaughrinmaritime.com/ of Wayne, Michigan, & Its First Foreign Partnership Subsidiary of Delta International Shipping Agencies Limited (DISAL 1-23-03) http://www.dis-libya.com/ of Benghazi, Libya /////Announced today that they have recieved infomation from State of Michigan, Department of Transportation in Lansing, Michigan, that City Official's of Frankfort, Michigan, "Offer of Usages" of a Seven (700') Hundred Foot Dock located in City of Elberta for McCaughrin's Purposed Ro/Ro/Auto/Truck/Passenger Service, has been sold to a Condo Developer.

Mr. Brian R. McCaughrin, Founder, President & Owner, of McCaughrin Maritime Global, said the Purpose Ro/Ro/Auto/Truck/Passenger/ Ferry Talks of June 14, 2006 with City of Frankfort Official's, Mr. Jousha Mills, was "Centered around using this 700' foot Former Ann Arbor Rail Ferry Dock for Ro/Ro Operation". Mr. McCaughrin, said regardless of what ship we use, this dock was more then large enough to handle the vessel for what we needed it for.

City of Frankfort Official, Spent the time showing McCaughrin Other Available Port Properies, In and Around City of Frankfort, and City of Elberta, and was pushing this 700' Foot Dock, First and Formost. In less City Official's can figured way around this problem, The Purposed Ro/Ro Route from City of Elberta, Michigan to City of Algoma, Wisconsin, is in serious jeopardy.

Representation into Four (4) Countries in Eastern Africa which are: Country of Sudan, Country of Ethopia, Country of Eritrea, and Country of Djibouti.

Mr. Mohamed A.E. Mohmed, Vice President & General Manager of Darka For Trading & Service Co., Ltd, // Said that Mr. Brian R. McCaughrin, Founder, President & Owner of McCaughrin Maritime Global, has been in negoitation on International Trade Talks with (Darka) for the past Two (2) years. During these Two (2) Years, Two (2) of the Countries: Eritrea, and Ethopia were in Boarder Conflict, with each other over Territorial Limits, and the One Country: Sudan, has had sanctions against them from USA. Mr. Mohmed said we are hopefull these will be lifted soon.

Mr. McCaughrin, said "PRAISE THE LORD! This is Great Day in All our Lives. /// I'am honored and very blessed to have finally recieved an e-mail stating that (Darka) was inviting McCaughrin's, finally in for historial business event, and this has been long in coming, but I, never lost hope, as this this has always been "Group Effort by All those Involed, and All those who Prayed and worked toward Accomplishing good things". As we now look toward GOD shinning lite on these Countries needs......Are Immeadiate Relief for Humanitarian Aid, which Mr. McCaughrin said, will come from Countries outside the USA, where McCaughrin's has Partnership with Industries. /// Mr. McCaughrin said we were in invited into the Country of Somalia, on September 10, 2006, for International Trade Talks, But we have put the Country of Somalia, on hold, till we find out, what we can do for these Four (4) Countries, as far as Food, Water, Medicine, and Shelter problem's. //

PRAISE THE LORD!

Official's of McCaughrin Maritime Global, Division of McCaughrin Maritime Marine Systems., Inc., (MMMSI 1-26-96) http://www.mccaughrinmaritime.com/ of Wayne, Michigan, USA & It First Foreign Subsidiary Partnership: Delta International Shipping Agencies (DISAL 7-21-06) http://www.dis-libya.com/ of Benghazi, Libya /// Announced today that its in talks with Official's of both (TBA) Michigan Port, and (TBA) Wisconsin Port, for New Proposed Ro/Ro/Passenger/Car/Truck/Service.

Mr. Brian R. McCaughrin, Founder, President & Owner, of McCaughrin Maritime Global, said Our firm had been invited by City Official's of the (TBA) Michigan Ports on June 14, 2006, and City Official's of (TBA) Wisconsin Port on June 15, 2006 for this New Ro/Ro/ Service. Talks are on going between these Two State (TBA) Port Cities for Start Up Date, Which in our best estimation is Two (2) Years Away and that is conserative number. Not knowing some of the unknow could be even longer. One think in our favor is the Michigan (TBA) Port is already set up to accomadate a vessel because One of the Three Dock site available to us: Is Seven (700) hundred feet long, and that cuts some of our timming out. Reason being, The Other States Port in Wisconsin: Doesnt have any facilities to Accomodate Any Size Ro/Ro Ferry Vessel for their Port and the current depth of that Port stands at Nine (9) feet. So alot of major dredging project in both of those Ports will need to be addressed first.

Mr. McCaughrin, said the "New Route" would be "Outside The Region of Trade" for Lake Michigan Carferry Service, Inc. (LMC) of Ludington, Michigan, who's Passenger Ferry: S/S Badgar, Service's From Ludington to Manitowoc, Wisconsin, and Lake Express Service Inc. of Muskegon, Michigan, who Passenger Ferry: "Lake Express" Service from Muskegon, to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. ///

Mr. McCaughrin, said The New Route "Are Way North" of where these Two Competitor's are now trading. So, we dont see any problem's creating another Car/Truck/Passenger/Ferry System. Mr. McCaughrin said, their is more then enough trade for three (3) carrier's as we have done our own projection's on this trade to be in excess of between #100, to #175,000 passengers per season. /// We are looking at all aspect of the operation's which may include: Year Around Operation. /// Both "LMC", and "Lake Express", dont offer this type of service to its customer's at present.

Their are alot of vessel's on the Great Lakes, that have been tied up for long time, that could be used for this "New Proposed Route" if Condition were right. The vessels' in question are: MV. Viking / S/S Spartan / MV Nindawayma, MV Spirit of Ontario (*) / S/S City of Milwaukee / MV. Milwaukee Clippper / MV. Arthur K. Atkinson

(*) Mr. McCaughrin, said we are looking at All the vessel mentioned above including the Newest and Largest Cat ever built for the Great Lakes in 2004, "Spirit of Ontario" that is currently for Sale in City of Rochester, New York was built in 2004 and is 86.6 meter long x 23.8 meter wide, and depth is 7.6 meters. The "Spirit of Ontario" can carry 774 passenger's and 238 Auto's, or 10 truck's and 150 Auto's at top speed of 45 knots. New Ro/Ro Route" is about 80 miles across the Lake Michigan, If the Spirit of Ontario, meet our needs and cost can be met, traveling time from Frankfort to Algoma would be around 2 hrs 15 minutes. Right now None of these ports we are looking at can handle type of vessel we are looking at. With current depth at the lowest in the past 50 yrs playing major problem along every Major Port on the Great Lakes, and fuel cost being questionable, Our time table is correctly planned right now.

Mr. Brian R. McCaughrin, Founder, President & Owner, of McCaughrin Maritime Global, said we are very blessed and "Welcome the Opportunites to Open International Trade Talks with Esteem HKSG Group Media on Media Trade". Mr. McCaughrin, said HKSG Group Media Limited, Is One of the Fastest Growing Firm in China today, and its Expanding media information is excellent timing throughout the demanding international shipping industries need's.

This is the kind of firm, McCaughrin Maritime Global, need's that can pinpoint the high and low's in global shipping, on daily schedules. /// For McCaughrin Maritime Global, Getting on to the China Media Alliances is excellent for us with McCaughrin Maritime Global, Expanding General Agencies Partnership Alliance on going in China, that is growing in leapes and bounds each day.

Mr. McCaughrin, said this will be the Second (2nd) Such Media Alliances Arrangement, that McCaughrin Maritime Global, has been blessed with. The First (1st) Sucessful Media Alliances was the invitation by well know International Maritime Media Group of Finns Enterprises Limited: http://www.finnsenterprises.com/ of Blinkspan, South Africa in 2003, that Open International Media Trade Alliances with McCaughrin Maritime Global. That Alliances put both Finns Enterprises, & McCaughrin Maritime Global, in New Boundaries of the World, Where both firm has not marketed before, so it helped both firm expand on global basis for little investment.
