Mr. McCaughrin, said this Corporation, has worked very hard for 13 years taking on the challanges to forge forward around the global in 7 Continents and with the grace of GOD, Jesus Christ & Holly Spirit, MCCaughrin's have achived this. It would appear that Cortera Company is the devil by bad mouthing McCaughrin's on its Credit Reporting Rating (CRR) which is U.S. Firms Payment behavior. But what Cortera Company has failed to relized here, is where in the haven are they getting there information is beyond me. McCaughrin's since 2006 has slashed cost to get debt under control, and has cut 11 years of principal; off its books and is in excellent shape in comparission to what Cortera is saying in the report.
What surprise this Corporation Board of Directors, is that Cortera Company did a credit check on this Corporation on Febuary 12, 2009 and gave us a rating of 100 which for U.S. Firm is Excellent or +AAA rating, McCaughrin Maritime Global did a credit check on Mr. McCaughrin and he rated a 825, I like to see Cortera Company, make course changes on this CPR rating or risk losing their reputation, & set the truth right or they may ended up where DHL is now, out of the USA Market.

Mr. Brian R. McCaughrin, Founder, President, & Owner of McCaughrin Maritime Global, said Global Expansion, continues in double digit result's for the First Quarter of 2009. First Quarter 2009, up 2% to 79% from First Quarter 2008, which was 77.6%.
USA Markets has stayed netural at 3%, Due to continued overcapacity by foreign competitiors, since this business started in 1996, So, we are not moved by any of these events, Hopefully when the smokes clears and the financial problems of McCaughrin's competitors is solved, their will be fewer of my competitors around.
Global Marketing in Africa, The Med, Middle East, & Asia, all remain on course, Their is some expansion plans going on in South America, and Central America.
Mr. McCaughrin, said this is due to the excellent family of Privately held, Independent Owned General Agencies Partnership Alliances Members (G.A.P.A.M.) who's Network which is in all the 7 Continents of the global, giving McCaughrin Maritime Global, The Leverage in Offering a Combination of Global Services to any corner of the world, The Partnership are offering customers service which is over, and beyond what other agencies in the region are offering in the terms of its service, and cost, and that is making a huge different in how McCaughrin's Operate from our side of the table.
McCaughrin's have announced cuts for the next 5 years starting from 2009 - 2013 in USA & Canada Markets Via The St. Lawrences Seaway / The Welland Canal & The Great Lakes. McCaughrin's said we have cut chartering tonnages requirements for this region, because the bottom has fallen out, and we dont need big ships to cover these clients cargoes anymore. Ships in the region of #18,000 to #25,000 dwt are no longer needed, and we are simply going smaller to fit our overall needs to multi-purpose #8,000 dwt ship (s).
McCaughrin's said we dont expect anything to improve till 2013 at best their. Their is simply too mush capacity, and not enough cargoes for everyone to have. In 2008 there were only 69 ocean ships using the Seaway to the Great Lakes, that is down by nearly half of what came in 2007.
Mr. McCaughrin has tried to address major issue to Top Officials of St. Lawrence Seaway Authority in past 3 yrs on the future of its International Operation, but to no effect so far, and how many more foreign ocean ships do you have to lose to get the message cross? McCaughrin's said alot of these Foreign Shipowners have been following McCaughrin's to U.S. East Coast Port of Baltimore, Maryland to do containers business. Port of Baltimore, Maryland, Operate a Window of Year Round Operations:12/24/365 days of the year, while the Seaway has Operation window of 9-10 months at best and that will not work with customer needing the container yesterday, nor ill Short Seas Shipping work, that is simply a stop gap. We tried all of these ideas years ago, and they didnt work then.
McCaughrin's said I' have tried to address issues that I, felt were important to this Corporation on "What is killing the Seaway" 1>. 9-10 month usage, 2>Ocean ship are limited to length, width, and depth in St. Lawrence Seaway, The Welland Canal, & The Great Lake Channel's, and Ports. 3> Another problem is Pilot fees are huge issue, No one wants to talk about. Bottom line is It just cheaper to use Port of Baltimore, and then the Seaway or Lakes, McCaughrin's can rail everything into the Port Cities like Detroit in 24-48 hours, $aving these inland cost's. This is not the direction we want to go but no one is listening yet.

This foreign built vessel was orginal name "CONDOR 9", and was built in Australia, Ring a bell anyone, That is where the "Spirit of Ontario 1" was built, HELLO......

McCaughrin, Founder, President, & Owner of McCaughrin Maritime Global, Said, I' am shocked by this news, We tried this back in 2006 when we went after the foreign built "Spirit of Ontario 1", and buy it for service between Frankfort, Michigan & Algoma, Wisconsin, but everyone cried wolf, when we tried that, and TOLD: Oh No, You Cant Do That, its Foreign built, and yet, someones else right under our noses has been doing it for 5 YEARS, I dont see any one crying wolf on U.S. East Coast, where the money is of course...and yet the U.S. Dept of Transportation is allowing this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, /// Fine so will we. What is good for one Is now good for everyone.
McCaughrin's has wasted no time in looking for bigger vessel, to bid on, McCaughrin's has been in talks with Mr. Paul Wilcox, of C.W.Kellock & Co., Ltd in UK, for the wave piercing catamaran, that is bigger than the JESSICA W, a design of 86M A INCAT Design Called "SPEEDONE" www.cwkellock.com/speedone.htm which can carry 900 passengers, and 200 autos and can travel at 50 knots which is 48 mph. This vessel is powered by 4 diesel engines with total power output of #28,800 hp.
McCaughrin's said if we are at all sucessfull with our bid to purshase, We will have to look at bringing this vessel up the Mississippi River, because it beam is too wide for the St. Lawrence Seaway at 85 feet.

McCaughrin, Founder, President & Owner of McCaughrin Maritime Global, said today that based on secret deals that both City of Frankfort, Michigan, & City of Algoma Wisconsin, "Ad Hock Ferry Commitee had been doing behind this Corporation back, since this firm put the cross lake ferry project in "Hold Position" on Febuary 12, 2008, due to life threating injury to me, on Febuary 10, 2008, We The Corporation are announcing today that this Corporation is stepping back from the Cross Lake Ferry Project, Between Frankfort, Michigan, and Algoma, Wisconsin.
Mr. McCaughrin said this Corporation, The Board of Directors, and Myself, feel shut out of All aspect of Cross Lake Ferry Operations Plans from Febuary 12, 2008, forward to this date. Let me remind all of you, that this Corporation worked on this project for 3 yrs and cut $60M out of the orginal ferry project, and had invest up to $150,000 of it own money in selecting the best vessel for the cross lake ferry project.
Let me also remind all of you, that we are not abandoned GOD Ferry Mission We are simply stepping aside while the two city, that have gone out of their way to conjer a deal behind our back, move forward with their plans. Mr. McCaughrin, said alot of confidental information was passed back and forth between Mr. Mills City Manager for City of Frankfort, and Myself for 3 yrs, so let see what Mr. Mills, and Algoma can do with it. ///

1> "FOREIGN GROWTH PARTNERSHIP" Without the Leadership role of these fine indivuals at at a time in crisis, and the help of the General Agencies Partnership Alliances Members Network Polling together as Group Team Effort, that is why McCaughrin Maritime Global Overseas Division Capture a 305% increase in market growth in 2008. Ms. McKeigh, said Overseas Quarterly went thought the roof top" according to Reports for All 4 Quarters for 2008 which was very impressive at average of 77.6% per quarter, and thanks in part to General Agencies Patnership Alliances Members Network (G.A.P.M.N.) which are under long term agreement to McCaughrin Maritime Global & Its Foreign Subsidiary.
2> "FOREIGN SUBSIDIRY" Ms. McKeigh said #1 Country for expanding growth was Africa, where McCaughrin Maritime's has set up foreign subsidiary in Libya, & Algeria, which account for modest growth of 15% per year, Product growth by Petro was 75% lead by building products of 65%, Ms. McKeigh, said we are looking at the region of Eastern Africa for further growth, such as Sudan, Ethopia, Eritrea, and Djibiouti, and will decide later this year where to expand its four Foreign subsidary in 2009, and Headquartering that operation
3> "USA MARKETS" Ms. McKeigh, said We, "McCaughrin Mariitme Global", have not added or lost any markets for the past 13 yrs in USA, brought on because of the foreign competition coming to USA. This continued overgrowth by competitors of McCaughrin Maritime USA Operations, That being said, Firms like MSC, Cosco, Evergreen, that have been are underpricing McCaughrin's, we are instead looking to its overseas markets to capture more market nitch growth. Ms.McKeigh said this U.S. Based Corporation that is based in Wayne, Michigan is better know overseas, So we are not dissapointed by any growth in U.S. Markets, These containers giants have the ships capacity and McCaughrin's has Countries, so hopefully their will be change in attitude on where we can best meet and both co-exist in the market place.
4> "OVERALL DEBT CONTROL" Ms. McKeigh said: McCaughrin Maritime Global, continues to pay down its debt margin by paying down principal in record time, and McCaughrin's have cut its long term banking agreements by 11 yrs. Ms. McKeigh, stated McCaughrin Maritime Global in 2006 had 24 loan accounts and today, we have cut those down to 5 loan accounts and by the 3rd quarter of 2009, we expect to paying off all short term borrowing by zero, and will have only 3 long term open accounts to finances McCaughrin's long term investment and have equity built up evenly to what we can borrow against for the future.
5> CROSS LAKE MICHIGAN FAST CAT FERRY PROJECT: Ms. McKeigh, said This Corpoation has cut $60M out of the orginal budget in 3 yrs. McCaughrin's attempted to go after the purshase of the Foreign Built, USA Operated : "Spirit of Ontario 1", but was stopped short, because of the so called Jones Act Operations Rule. Now we find out that Their is Foreign built, USA Operated INCAT Design Passenger vessel, running in USA Water, Between New London, Ct, USA , and Block Island USA, called "Jessica W" and register in USA, and U.S. Dept of Transportation has not tried stopping that, clearly a Jones Act Violation, and this has been going on since 1994, I' am sure Mr. McCaughrin, will now clear his schedule, and fight forward on where this double standard need to be, as he has stated before, Its the "Principal of the Point.", What is good for one is good for all.

Ms. McKeigh, said this Corporation is looking for closure in stopping such firms as Network Solutions (www.networksolution.com) & Name.Com (www.name.com) from soliciting the Corporate Name: "McCaughrin Maritime", in any shape or form, weather that is for trying to establishing a domain name, or establishing a corporate identy, or creating a logo for that name herein.
In July of this year this Corporation had to invest in protecting the name: "McCaughrin Maritime", though these firm like Name.Com, who was posting the Corporate Name on its web site for sale under the corporate name of: McCaughrin Maritime.Com, McCaughrin Maritime.Biz, McCaughrin Maritime.Org, McCaughrin Maritime.USA. What shocks this firm, is that both these firm's failed to notify this Corporation for usage authorization in using the name: "McCaughrin Maritime", they just went ahead and did it. Hiring Gerben Law Firm, who is well know to Washinton Courts in dealing with these type's of tradmarket infringement, Identy theft, & possible fraud, will be dealt with quickly, and permanenty.
