Sept. 9, 2000

PRAISE THE LORD!

Officials of McCaughrin Maritime Marine Systems, Inc. (MMMSI) Wayne, MI. have given notice to officials of Voyager Network Communications and its subsidiaries that, effective Monday, Sept. 11, 2000 at 10:01AM, a lawsuit of mega-proportions will be filed against the Lansing, Michigan-based Web Provider for falsifying hit-counts to justify its existence and trying to keep McCaughrin Maritime hostage as a customer.

McCaughrin Maritime officials had a contract with Sales Manager Dan Bloomquist, the one man responsible for signing McCaughrin Maritime to host its Web site www.mccaughrinmaritime.com with their company on April 5, 1999. The agreement also called for Mr. Bloomquist's company to keep track of hit-counts and maintain records, such as visitors to the site from various countries and states. Mr. Bloomquist said that it would cost $300.00 for Mr. McCaughrin to have a hit-counter. McCaughrin Maritime refused, stating that the quote was too expensive, and should have been included in the original deal.

Mr. McCaughrin felt reassured that, as long as Voyager Network was maintaining records of the "Default Report" by month, that was good enough. As Mr. McCaughrin's company commenced international development, time went by and Dan Bloomquist of Voyager Network never sent any information as to how the site was faring. As far as Mr. McCaughrin was concerned, the site must be doing well, otherwise he would have heard to the contrary.

Mr. McCaughrin has been at odds with Voyager Network officials for over a year and half for poor service and unreliable sales personnel who are supposed to take care of clients' needs. Last June, when communications for McCaughrin Maritime systems went dead, nobody reached at Voyager knew how to deal with the problem. Instead, the key staff who could have resolved the system failure went to a convention in Novi, ignoring the matter completely.

Mr.McCaughrin is aiming his lawsuit at the "head people" of Voyager Network, who are responsible:
Mr. Dick Scott - Director of the Web site,
Dan Bloomquist- Sales Manager of the Web site.

Mr. McCaughrin's issue is that Voyager Network did not begin to maintain information on the McCaughrin Maritime Web site until July 2000, one year after McCaughrin's firm had been paying for it. Mr. McCaughrin approached Bloomquist about this lapse, and within an hour, a counter was put on the bottom of the home page, showing 1,360 hits. Mr. McCaughrin called Bloomquist again, to inform him that officials of Global Harbour Network in the Netherlands (who have been compiling data on MMMSI's site since it was launched April 5, 1999) had reported their own hit-count to be at 10,600 -- not 1,360. Within a few hours more, the counter value was accordingly adjusted.

Mr. McCaughrin once again called Bloomquist to determine what the Default Report said about June: Bloomquist said only "watch July". July was more positive, but Mr. McCaughrin felt that falsifying numbers had been the work of those days at Voyager Network when they just "screwed up" for a whole year, literally stealing McCaughrin Maritime's money. Voyager Network sent McCaughrin Maritime the August 15, 2000 Default Report, stating that the site had achieved 38,559 hits and was scoring 1,212 hits per day. The graphs were almost exceeding the axis boundaries.

Mr. McCaughrin, delighted by this news, instructed Scott J. McCaughrin -- Director of Web-Based Technology -- to include the great news in the Sept. 5 "What's Happening" page, as well as the the fact that Scott's own page was the second most active Web site that month. Between July and August, MMMSI picked up 23,000 hits in 30 days .... Mr. McCaughrin stated to Scott: "I knew our marketing was on target, but not by that much!"

Mr. McCaughrin went to the Default Report on September 6, 2000 and noticed that the August 15, 2000 report had been removed, and that all the graphs' performances were much lower. Furthermore, the hit-count showed only 16,862 hits.

Mr. McCaughrin called Dan Bloomquist and sent e-mail as well, with no response. Then he sent a sterner letter to Dick Scott, demanding a reason for the change in data from August 15, 2000 (which by now was off the site, as was July) to Sept. 6, showing only 16, 862 hits. Dick Scott's Assistant Larry Zore said that Voyager had "screwed up badly and will correct those numbers based on August 15" and promised to "make the changes immediately." Mr. McCaughrin made it clear that the August 15, 2000 Default Report needed to be reinstated, and that the graphs needed to be changed based upon that Report. Larry Zore said that he would.

But nothing has been done. Later that day, Mr. McCaughrin called Larry Zore and e-mailed him as well, to no avail. The bottom line here is: Mr. McCaughrin wants to know if the "numbers were fixed from the beginning" and if so, get the numbers corrected and reflected in the counter!

Praise the Lord!
According to Netherland Officals at Global Harbour Network, Mr.McCaughrin's Web site should be going over 40,000 hits in a few days. Mr. McCaughrin would only say that "McCaughrin Maritime has 'GOD AT THE HELM' -- He knows the real numbers! Thank you, Sir!"

PRAISE THE LORD!   HOW GOD WORKS IN MYSTERIOUS WAYS!!!

McCaughrin Maritime Board of Directors and Owner Brian R. McCaughrin got a beautiful message from 'God at the Helm' of MMMSI today. Based upon the Default report, the number of hits at www.mccaughrinmaritime.com far exceeds what is being shown on the counter -- 15,915 -- even though the true count, according to Voyager Network officials as of August 15, 2000, is 37,599. As Mr. McCaughrin would say: "Praise the Lord, How God works in mysterious ways!"

This is truly how the Lord works, "cooking behind the scenes": MMMSI's international developmemt plans for a global network of independent agencies totalling over 25 companies. Each week, MMMSI is carving out another country that the Lord has brought to this company, clearly a miracle from GOD!

Secondly, Mr. Scott J. McCaughrin -- Director of Web Technology for McCaughrin Maritime -- has not only been instrumental in bringing MMMSI to a level of esteem in global Web site operations, but Scott's own creation, ScotWend Enterprises, is the 2nd most popular Web site receiving the other hits, Praise the Lord! Scott has been MMMSI's answer for some time since joining McCaughrin Maritime in June of this year. "WOW".

August 7, 2000

PRAISE THE LORD!

McCaughrin Maritime's owner, Brian R. McCaughrin, has nine words as he looks at today's date as the first-year anniversary of MMMSI's Web site: www.mccaughrinmaritime.com "PRAISE THE LORD, How God Works in Mysterious Ways!"

"The number of hits -- 14,835 since establishment on August 7, 1999 -- I never thought in my wildest dreams that the hits would be generated in excess of fourteen thousand the first year. I am truly grateful to those people who are associated with this firm, and to those who have have come to the site and stayed to look over what MMMSI offers. More changes are coming.

All the accomplishments are due to 'God At The Helm' of this operation: I am merely a tool for his work. McCaughrin Maritime is a global operation and is developing in countries where there is no trade at the moment, but the Lord has placed key individuals to counter that problem!"

This is actually a double anniversary, as it commemorates the first year of Mr. McCaughrin's marriage to his lovely wife, Linda -- who has been so instrumental in starting up MMMSI's Web site.

In closing, McCaughrin Maritime would also like to salute Scott J. McCaughrin for his outstanding accomplishments and performance in rebuilding MMMSI's Web site into a Global Performer! MMMSI thanks you, Scott, very much.

Both companies have been working together for the past six months on an array of projects.

McCaughrin Maritime salutes officals of Smit May Services B.V of Amsterdam Holland and their excellent staff for a JOB WELL DONE, and looks forward to our future together!

July 31, 2000

PRAISE THE LORD!

McCaughrin Maritime Marine Systems, Inc.(MMMSI) of Wayne, Michigan USA officials announced today that MMMSI / China / Middle East / Container Express is gaining popularity in China, and the Middle East is looking to "bridge the gap", as MMMSI keeps emphasizing in its global advertisements. McCaughrin Maritime has gained the respect of many top officials from China, as well as Lebanon, where MMMSI has a major vessel agency: Shipping & Trading Company, Limited in Beirut.

In China, Qingdao Porsch Transportation Company, Limited in Qingdao has Web site: www.chinaairagent.com.

McCaughrin Maritime - in its quest to "bridge the gap" - fully realized that specific agencies needed to be secured in the nations between these countries. In short: Praise the Lord! MMMSI was able to secure these needed countries by "being asked into the countries themselves" and having old, well-established vessel agencies join forces with McCaughrin Maritime for the development of trade in East / West and North / South territories, in nations where trade was unstable at the time. How God works wonders mysteriously...

McCaughrin Maritime has secured rail equipment up to and including seven brand new locomotives for the project through Smit May Services B.V. of Amsterdam, Holland and has tentatively secured Monsted Chartering - Denmark, for the movement of equipment to Lebanon.

McCaughrin Maritime obtained the seven new locomotives in Houston, Texas for delivery to Lebanon. In addition, MMMSI has fully secured agencies in the following countries where this rail service would operate:
Port of Beirut, Lebanon To: (Iraq), Iran, (Afghanistan), Pakistan, and China's Port of Qingdao.

Iraq and Afghanistan are the only two countries MMMSI is waiting on for rail rights. MMMSI has agencies on both sides of these countries' borders, pushing to negotiate 100-year rail rights for a percentage of trade tonnages using those nations' tracks.

Korea Rail is showing interest, but has not gained China's cooperation in the deal. They want MMMSI to obtain a bilateral business development agreement, whereby MMMSI would secure "all the nations" in which the railway would run between the Ports of Qingdao, China and Beirut, Lebanon.

MMMSI has advised Korea to fully secure all rail rights in a subsidiary company 50% controlled by McCaughrin Maritime in Korea and 50% controlled by vessel agencies MMMSI has 5-year deals with only. They seem very interested in that. They don't want 100% ownership, which was never offered. MMMSI has said from the start that this will be nation-by-nation ownership, and everybody can benefit from the tonnages MMMSI generates in countries where MMMSI Rail Containers operate.

MMMSI has also asked for "miltary support" and "rail support" from each country, but that has fallen on deaf ears.

July 24, 2000

PRAISE THE LORD!

"CONGRATULATIONS" to McCaughrin Maritime Marine Systems, Inc. Global Agency, Owners, Board of Directors and All Clients for a very sucessful 11 months on the World Wide Web via MMMSI's Web site: http://www.mccaughrinmaritime.com which greatly exceeded its planned projections to attain 13,862 hits.

Last month, Voyager Network of Lansing, Michigan said that May saw 4,165 hits, June saw 7,500 hits, and July's current hit-count has reached 10,500.

Owner Brian R. McCaughrin briefly said it that it was a combination effort of a lot of people, but specifically, Scott J. McCaughrin was instrumental in pulling the numbers together and damming up some major holes in the site itself.

How the Lord works in mysterious ways!

In other news, McCaughrin Maritime has now ascertained the chronology of ownership for the 48 containers idled at EUROGATE CTB. These containers bearing MMMSI's "MMMU" prefix-code were originally owned by Baltic Lines Ltd. of St. Petersburg, Russia, which declared bankruptcy September 30, 1996. Baltic Lines was also in arrears with Bureau International des Containers (BIC) of Paris, France: it had failed to pay BIC for its use of the prefix-code for five years, and thus no longer owned the code.

Thorax Holding A / S (which owns I.C.E. (Gibraltar) Ltd.) purchased 1,400 containers from Baltic Lines in 1996, including the 48 in question. But Baltic never informed Thorax that it had lost ownership of the BIC codes on the containers, which were hence no longer theirs to sell with the containers. This obligated Thorax to register the container-codes with BIC themselves, if they were to continue using them on the acquired containers.

In the meantime, MMMSI had fought for two years with BIC to obtain the "MMMU" prefix-code, and finally won approval for it on March 11, 1999.

Thorax Holding subsequently leased the 48 "MMMU"-coded containers to BOLT Canada, Ltd., a shipping concern which filed for bankruptcy in January, 2000. It was BOLT Canada who deposited some of the containers at EUROGATE's Bremerhaven, Germany storage facility for a thirty-day period in January, and the rest in June, 2000.

July 19, 2000

Mr. Ryan C. Heneise, Director of Web Site Production for Missionboard.Com has sent McCaughrin Maritime Owner Brian R. McCaughrin an invitation to do a future banner article for Missionboard.Com's Web site: www.missionboard.com McCaughrin Maritime invited officials of the international Christian organization's Missionboard.Com last month to add their Web site link to MMMSI's Web site.

Since then, Missionboard.Com has seen a tremendous number of Web site hits and vital money is being sent to the organization. Mr. McCaughrin's invitation was a blessing. How God works in mysterious ways!

Mr. McCaughrin briefy stated: "I am very honored by this information recieved today, and will give it some serious thought in upcoming weeks. Helping the Lord's people is no problem at all!"

July 18, 2000

McCaughrin Maritime Marine Systems, Inc. officials announced today that they have been negotiating with Thorax Holding Limited and I.C. E. Gibraltar Limited. These two companies, along with McCaughrin Maritime, are the "principal parties" involved with the 48 containers idled at EUROGATE CTB in Bremerhaven, Germany since January and June 2000. They had been deposited there by shipping company BOLT Canada, Inc., which subsequently went bankrupt.

The talks between officials of MMMSI and I.C.E. only elaborated upon the direct ownership of the container-code "MMMU" which is owned by McCaughrin Maritime.

MMMSI officials would only say that I.C.E. officials claimed the BIC code "MMMU" was never registered when the containers were purchased from Baltic Shipping Company in St. Peterburg, Russia in 1996.   I.C.E. bought nearly 1,400 of the containers.   McCaughrin Maritime owner Brian R. McCaughrin fought for that BIC code from 1997 to 1999, and finally won approval for ownership on March 11, 1999 through Bureau International des Containers (BIC) of Paris, France - the governing body which registers all maritime shipping companies for containers.

According to Mr. McCaughrin: "As a rule of thumb, from my understanding you can't purchase containers new or used without the 4-digit prefix code, which in this case is the MMMSI prefix code "MMMU."

Thorax Holding and I.C.E. officials notified MMMSI officals in a ten-page telefax on Friday July 14, 2000 that their repeated attempts to secure the 48 containers in Bremerhaven, Germany had failed. Bureau International des Containers has stated that McCaughrin Maritime is the company which actually owns the prefix code on those containers. Mr. McCaughrin has questioned from the start why none of the "principal parties" were ever notified about these containers until over seven months later.

In other news, officials of Industrial Commerical Enterprise Limited of Borisov, Belarus approached McCaughrin Maritime Marine Systems, Inc. (MMMSI) officials about the possibility of a long-term international business venture where both companies would engage in trade markets for the other.

July 14, 2000

McCaughrin Maritime Marine Systems, Inc. (MMMSI) officials have been in meetings for most of the week before July 5, 2000 performing MMMSI's own internal investigation into its missing 48 containers. All of the containers had been found idled at EUROGATE CTB in Bremerhaven, Germany since January and June, 2000 and were indeed determined to be owned by McCaughrin Maritime. Their last known user was BOLT Canada Inc., which filed for bankruptcy in January 2000.

McCaughrin Maritime has asked for two weeks from the German Solicitor firm of Blaum, Dettmers & Rabstein:
"Who are the true principal parties involved in this massive mess as to owners of these containers, and who was the last user of these containers?"
In every telecommunciation, the answer to the first question was: "McCaughrin Maritime".

McCaughrin Maritime is concerned because the container-code (BIC code) "MMMU" was granted and reserved to "USA-based shipping company McCaughrin Maritime Marine Systems, Inc. (MMMSI) of Wayne, Michigan USA" by Helene Babarit, of the Coding Department, Bureau International des Containers on March 11, 1999. McCaughrin Maritime did solely pay for the BIC code on May 10, 1999 via DHL to Bureau International des Containers, which controls all BIC codes for maritime shipping companies.

McCaughrin Maritime fought Bureau International des Containers for a BIC code for two years, trying to obtain the MMMSI code from Baltic Shipping Limited, which had lapsed into bankruptcy in St. Peterburg, Russia and was saddled with over $10 Billion of debt at the time. Baltic Shipping had not paid its membership dues for its BIC code to Bureau International des Containers for five years, and McCaughrin Maritime demanded that if it failed to pay, it should lose the usage of its BIC code.

Due to political pressure from around the world over Baltic Shipping in disarray, leaving ships docked all over the world, other ships without food and some ships being arrested, the BIC code was released to McCaughrin Maritime on March 11, 1999. Now a year later again, Mr. McCaughrin and his officials have to fight to keep the BIC code of "MMMU" for McCaughrin Maritime.

Mr. McCaughrin has said before that "it is GOD Who runs MMMSI's future and it will be GOD Who fixes this problem once again". MMMSI's web site: http://www.mccaughrinmaritime.com has over 9,400 hits on its counter in only 11 months of being on the World-Wide Web, since it was installed in August 1999. None of the Michigan-based shipping companies ever took Mr. McCaughrin seriously about his intentions or believed the plan he laid before them, nor that MMMSI would do it then or now, nor showing "GOD AT THE HELM" on his Web site. "God got us the BIC code, and God will make this right, this time also".

As to who are the "true" Principal Parties of the 48 containers that lay sitting idle for seven months and two weeks, read on.

McCaughrin Maritime officials recieved a 10-page telefax this morning from Blaum, Dettmers & Rabstein in Bremen, Germany which states that Thorax Holding A / S and I.C.E. Gibraltar Limited have finally come forward with the true ownership that McCaughrin Maritime has been asking for, from the same Solicitor who stated on July 5, 2000 that McCaughrin Maritime was the owner.

Mr. McCaughrin questioned why Thorax Holding Limited and I.C.E. Gibraltar Limited had not wondered for seven months and two weeks where their containers were, when Bureau International des Containers (who controls the BIC codes for all maritime shipping companies on the globe) had clearly given notice on July 5, 2000 that McCaughrin Maritime was the owner of the 48 containers, because they bore the BIC code "MMMU". These were the containers found sitting idle at EUROGATE CTB in Bremerhaven, Germany.

Mr. McCaughrin was shocked by this explanation from Thorax Holding A / S and I.C.E Gibraltar Limited. McCaughrin Maritime officials are now preparing themselves for a lengthy court fight over the "illegal use of the McCaughrin Maritime BIC code (MMMU) on the more than 1,400 containers that Thorax Holding A / S and I.C. E. Gibraltar Limited have been using without the express written permission of McCaughrin Maritime for more than seven months and two weeks, or however long this been going on, both globally and domestically".

Mr. McCaughrin emphatically stated today that Thorax Holding A / S and I.C.E. Gibraltar have clearly broken some serious maritime laws for a long time, and with "GOD AT THE HELM OF MMMSI, this problem will be fixed -- and it won't take seven months and two weeks, either!"

"Praise the Lord!"

McCaughrin Maritime Marine Systems, Inc. (MMMSI) of Wayne, Michigan announced today that it has aligned itself with China's / COSCO Group: China Ocean Shipping Corporation of Hong Kong, China for tonnage requirements for its USA / Baltic Region, Mediterranean, Middle East, Russian, South American, African and Asian routes. McCaughrin Maritime examined all its options for the future, and determined that it is far cheaper to hook up with COSCO than to go with its own tonnage requirements, which would have required long-term investment.

In the meantime, McCaughrin Maritime has signed a long-term agency agreement with Egymar Agencies Limited of Port Said, Egypt who will represent MMMSI's interest in this region. Egymar Agencies exclusive shipping company is COSCO.

Egymar Agencies / COSCO was very sucessful in securing highly favorable rates for McCaughrin Maritime's clients in the Baltic, Middle East, and Asia this year for a products contract. McCaughrin Maritime salutes the officials of Egymar Agencies Limited and COSCO: China Ocean Shipping Corporation for their gallant efforts!

German container operator EUROGATE CTB of Bremerhaven, Germany - along with its Maritime lawyers Blaum, Dettmers & Rabstein of Bremen, Germany - has announced that all 48 of MMMSI's sea containers have now been accounted for.

Each shipping firm has its own container-codes registered with the Bureau International des Containers of Paris, France (called BIC codes). MMMSI's registered BIC code is "MMMU". Officials at Blaum, Dettmers & Rabstein were trying to find containers bearing MMMSI's BIC code. It appears that BOLT Canada, Inc. had been using them for trade between Europe and Canada, and suddenly in January 2000, BOLT Canada filed for bankruptcy.

Blaum, Dettmers & Rabstein, the law firm which represents clients of the cargo inside MMMSI's containers - along with EUROGATE CTB container stevedores - have turned to MMMSI to pay some of the handling fees and storage costs in Bremerhaven, Germany plus the expense of moving the containers back to the USA.

MMMSI officals would only say at this point that MMMSI needs to know what condition the containers are in at present, and so needs to hire a surveyor to inspect those containers to determine if any damage has been done to them, from the time BOLT Canada had them to their present landing spot at EUROGATE CTB. Some of the containers have been in storage there since January 2000, and the rest since June 2000.

There are two issues to look at: how many containers were in storage since January and how many stored since June, and who was the last user so that MMMSI can recoup some of the cost. Repositioning containers is very costly whether there is cargo in them or not, especially having 48 containers missing for 7 months.

Messrs EUROGATE CTB Gmbl, Senator-Borttseheller of Bremerhaven, Germany have in their possession 48 containers without cargo which have been stored at their terminal by the shipping company: BOLT Canada, Inc. (MMMSI) of Wayne, Michigan USA.

McCaughrin Maritime Marine Systems, Inc. (MMMSI) - Wayne, Michigan publicly announced today that it has been in serious talks with its Maritime Lawyers: Foster, Meadow & Ballard P.C. of Detroit, Michigan about a lawsuit against the Michigan firm: Voyager Network Communication Inc. in Lansing because of a "breach of contract". The lawsuit against Voyager Network Communication is for failure to perform its contract obligations of providing global communication for MMMSI.

MMMSI had been using dial-up service for the past three years, but it was becoming much slower to connect.   Voyager Network signed a deal that called for DSL service,   which is quicker but more costly. MMMSI's agreement called for Voyager DSL service to correct all connection problems, and have MMMSI try the service for 30 days to see if this is what it needed. Within those 30 days, connect problems arose which were not addressed. Since then, MMMSI has tried to cancel the deal which is now past the 30-day trial period, and MMMSI service to 30 countries around the globe has been interrupted repeatedly.

MMMSI has been working to find a solution, but Voyager Network is merging with another company in Ohio in July and has put the MMMSI problems on the back burner until them.
